Million Dollar Idea number 008

First, develop voice regognition technology to the point that it can change anyone's voice into text flawlessly. Yes, that in itself is at least a million dollar idea, but so is my idea for an application of that technology. In brief, I want a portable voice-to-text... um, thingy, that works on every conversation I listen to. Then I can search that text. I want the text. The audio can go suck a lemon.
