Million Dollar Idea number 001
I think it won't take long for one TV network or the other to deploy a reality show on which the contestants will pitch reality show ideas to executives. The winner, of course, gets his or her show produced. They could call it "American TV Idol" or "The Writer", even though neither of those titles really makes sense. According to a quick web search, people have already used the terms metareality and post-reality in reference to some reality television programs, but I don't find those terms very apt for current shows. I therefore call dibs on both terms for my vision of the crapfestical future.
